The Coffe Collective
This is a roastery and cafe. Copenhagens best espresso, but not classic espresso.

- Fantastic espresso.
- I think they use an LM GB/5 and a Robur.
Always close to perfect espressos. The only place in Copenhagen where I have seen them redo shots that where not up to their standard.
Dag H
- Fancy cafe/restaurant
- Espresso 27dkk.
The only time I visited, I was served a thin double with traces of crema in a huge coffee cup. I have heard great things about Dag H, so maybe I was just unlucky?
Estate Coffee
They also have a clover.

- Excellent espresso. I have had one shot that should have gone to the sink, and a few that was so-so, but normally they are great.
- LM GB/5? and La Cimbali/Conik grinders.

Risteriet
This is a combined cafe and shop where they sell their coffee and everything coffee-related.

- Quality varies but usually good and always drinkable.
